Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, company, role, team size.
• Billing & payout data: billing address, VAT ID, payout method (card and bank numbers are held by our payment partner, never by us).
• Order data: briefs, files, messages, call recaps and reviews.
• Usage data: device, browser, pages visited and approximate location.

• Running orders, escrow and payouts.
• Vetting freelancers and preventing fraud, spam and circumvention.
• Support, invoices and legally required records.
• Product improvement using aggregated data. We never sell personal data.

Our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interest (fraud prevention), legal obligation and consent (marketing). You can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data and object to processing. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

You can know what we collect, delete it, correct it and opt out of "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

• Analytics: aggregated, opt-in where required by law.

Order messages, files and call recap notes are visible to the parties on the order and to Tentise's Trust & Safety team when investigating disputes or reports. Video calls are not recorded unless both parties agree. Automated systems scan messages for spam, malware and off-platform payment requests.

Order and financial records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal purposes; other data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
