Our 10% take-rate is pure gross fee margin: card gateway costs are passed through directly as a separate line on the client's invoice, so payment processing never dilutes platform revenue or seller earnings.

Cracks the supply cold-start problem: top talent keeps 100% of their rate instead of losing 20% to Fiverr, so we can recruit the best sellers first. Clients pay a 10% Escrow & Quality Protection Fee for escrow, vetting, mediation and tax invoices.
Phase 2 · Scale
5% client / 5% seller
A smooth transition to a split fee. Sellers still pay 75% less than Fiverr's 20% cut, while the platform sustains a healthy 10% gross take-rate.
